1996, CMC, was founded to provide the best juvenile residential and detention treatment programs in the country. In a short period of time, CMC has grown tremendously in its expertise to address the complex issues faced by todays adolescents.

CMC currently has three juvenile treatment facilities in Indiana. The Kokomo Academy offers a residential program for male juveniles in a secure and structured environment. The Muncie Reception and Diagnostic Center provides detention, short term determinate sentence options and diagnostic services. The Ladoga Academy is a structured, disciplined residential facility serving female juveniles.

CMCs facilities promote common themes of discipline, structure, accountability and responsibility. These themes go to the very core of what we do and relate specifically to the expectations we have for each youth in our care. As an organization, it is our profound belief that every day is an opportunity to have a positive and lasting impact on each individual. For that reason, CMC has adopted a motto that states; "Demanding Excellence Makes the Difference". We have high standards because of our commitment to the juveniles, their families, the community and the courts as well.
