The Ladoga Academy

The Ladoga Academy is a residential treatment facility for troubled female adolescents between the ages of 10 to 18. It is located in Ladoga, Indiana. The Ladoga Academy accepts youth from each county in Indiana, as well as surrounding states.

Services and programs are delivered with the singular goal of providing youth, upon their discharge, with the greatest possible chance of leading a successful life, upon which their contributions to themselves, their families and their communities are both positive and numerous.

The youth we serve come from a variety of backgrounds, with many facing different issues as a result of abuse and neglect. The services and programs are tailored to address individual needs.

At the Ladoga Academy the treatment process begins when a student arrives and does not end until she is settled permanently and successfully into her community. Along the way, she is examined, monitored, and treated continually, with her progress noted constantly. Our treatment model includes the following components:

  1. Initial assessment and treatment plan;
  2. Levels program and intervention system;
  3. Counseling;
  4. NCA Accredited Education;
  5. Mentoring program;
  6. Physical education programs;
  7. Personal development programs;
  8. Available Religion services;
  9. Teen Mother/Baby Program
